Screening Procedures



  • Our placement coordinators personally interview all candidates at our Hackensack office. Since our placement officers know the people we place, we can achieve a better “fit” for our clients.
  • For office workers, we test applicants on computer comfort level, typing speed and accuracy, and we can test proficiency on most software packages.
  • Job reference information is gathered and job verification is performed.
  • Work authorization is verified and I-9 information is maintained on premises.
  • We have the ability to check criminal and driving records throughout the United States. If a company requires a background check for certain or all jobs within their company, this check can be performed prior to contacting job candidates.
 
Our Commitment
  • We make sure a new employee's skills meet the job specifications but we go much further with our placement assessments.  We analyze employee demeanors to ensure a proper fit with our client's corporate or small business culture.
  • If an employee is deemed inappropriate for an assignment in their first day of work, there is no charge for that employee and a replacement will be immediately furnished.
